Salmon Tataki Poke Bowl

Need some last minute Good Friday fish recipe? And it should be super-healthy with a lot of proteins and vitamins? How about some super trendy Salmon Tataki Poké Bowl? A ‘non-christian’ dish that makes you fulfill a Christianity obligations for Good Friday.

What you need (serves 1)

  • 1 salmon loin (aprox 100g)
  • 1/8 red cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1 spoon sesame seeds
  • cilantro and dill
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 spoon soy sauce
  • 1 spoon greek yoghurt
  • salt/pepper

How you do it

Peel and chop red cabbage, carrot and onion. Mix those three together in a bowl. Slice pepper and cucumber and add them.

Grill Salmon loin from each side for a few seconds. Cut it in slices and add it as well to the bowl. Decorate with sesame, chopped cilantro and dill.

To make the dressing squeeze out the lemon juice. Mix wityh soy sauce and vanilla. Just before serving just add the dressing to the Poké Bowl.

Serve and enjoy
