What you need (for aprox 4 servings)
- 2 large carrots
- 1/4 onion
- 2 kiwis
- 2 spoon olive oil
- 1 spoon salt
- 1 spoon chopped koriander/cilantro
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 spoon apple cider vinegar
How you do it
Peel and shred carrots and onion. Peel and slice the kiwis. Mix everything together and the season with koriander, salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar. DONE
