What you need (for aprox 4 servings)
- 500g cooked chickpeas
- 1 cooked/boiled beet root
- 2 spoons tahini (sesame paste) or sesame oil
- 3 spoons olive oil
- 1-2 spoons (vary the amount depending on how spicy you want it) harissa spice mix
- Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
100 ml water
How you do it
Well this one is easy. Put everything in a blender and blend. There you go. Done.
