Good Morning! Well on this fall mornings we defenitely need to boost our vitamins and antioxidants. The cold season is literally around the corner and there is no better way to get some extra protection with a seasonal fruit smoothie.
What you need (serves 4)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 1 cup raspberries
- 2 pears
- 2 apples
- 150g yoghurt
- 2 spoons honey
How you do it
Prep the pears and apples (peel and remove seeds and cut into quarters). Put all the fruit in a blender. Top off with yoghurt and honey. Blend.
Serve and enjoy
