Looking for another creative way to get some proteins into your body. Well try something Preuvian. Although it is not a traditional recipe, the salmon version is totally inspired by it.
What you need (serves 4)
- 400g fresh salmon
- 6 limes
- 1 cup cherry juice
- 1/2 onion
- 1 ginger root
- 1 spoon white ground pepper
- 1 spoon salt
- cilantro/koriander
How you do it
First make the tiger’s blood (new version of tiger’s milk), squeeze out the lime and mix the juice with cherry juice. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve for later.
Dice the salmon. Peel the onion and cut it in Julienne style slices. Peel the ginger and also cut it in very thin slices.
Start with placing some salmon on a plate. Decorate with onion slices, ginger slices, and koriander. Just before serving add the tiger’s blood. (This avoids overmaceration of the fish)
Serve right away and enjoy
