Looking for another creative way to get some proteins into your body. Well try something Preuvian. Although it is not a traditional recipe, the salmon version is totally inspired by it.
What you need (serves 1)
- 1 Sea bass
- 2 slices of orange
- sea salt
- olive oil
How you do it
Make sure that the sea bass is thoroughly cleansed, washed, and rinsed. Mix some salt with olive oil and rub it onto the skin and also into the open belly. Place the orange slices inside of it.
Before placing the sea bass on the charcoals ensure that they are properly lit up and hot. Grill the sea bass from each side for 8-12 minutes.
Serve and enjoy
