Looking for pizza without guilt? The broccoli pizza should then be an ideal solution. Everything you want froma pizza (even the crunchyness) but with just a low portion of carbs and some extra fiber and proteins.
What you need
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 egg
- 1 cup ground cheese (emmental, parmesan, etc)
- salt and pepper
- your favourite pizza toppings
How you do it:
Ground/mince the broccoli. Add egg and ground cheese. Knead/mix into a doughy texture.
Spread on parchement paper until ou have aprox 0,5 cm thickness.
Add your toppings
Oven at 200ºC for aprox 15 mins.
Dig in and enjoy
