Mediterranean Pulpo Poké

Poké is not only Asian or to be more precise Hawaiian. We Meditteraneans can also have our variation with the best of our ingredients. Check it out.

What you need (serves 2)

  • 2 scoops rice
  • 1 handful ruccola salad
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 pulpo (octopus) legs
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 spoons soy sauce
  • 2 spoons liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon spicy chili powder
  • 2 spoons olive oil

How you do it:

Cut down the octopus legs. Heat up the olive oil in a pan. Stir fry the octopus and add the chili powder.

To make the dressing squeeze out the lemon. Mix the lemon juice with vanilla and soy sauce.

Peel and slice all veggies. Divide them equally for each bowl. Mount the poke bowl like this.
