Oh yeah! Another charcoal recipe for finishing up the summer and making a last use of the BBQ.
What you need (serves 2)
- 2 squids
- Handful parsley
- 35 ml olive oil
- 1 dent garlic
How you do it
Clean and wash out thoroughly squid ad reserve.
Chop parsely and garlic. Blend it with the olive oil.
Grill or rost the Squid. Charcoal works best but you can also do it in a pan.
Cover with garlic-pasrley oil and you are done.
Serve and enjoy
