Mango-Avocado-Tomato Salad

What do you have to do when you have a tomato, an avocado, and a mango? Well of course just make a salad out of it. A perfect trio to boost up your vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

What you need (serves 4)

  • 1 mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 spoons olive oil
  • 2 spoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 handful of cilantro

How you do it

Just peel and dice all the fruits and place them in a bowl.. Chop the cilantro and add it. cover with oils, soy sauce, and pepper. Mix everythig together.

Serve and enjoy
