If the summer brings you tons of different peaches then what do you have to with them? RIGHT! Peach marmelade.
What you need
- 2 peaches
- 5 apricots
- 3 saturn peaches
- 1 cup triple sec
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tbs. vanilla
How you do it:
Slice and cut all peaches. Keep the peel on as the pectines contained in it will help you to generate the jelly structure. Add sugar, vanilla, and triple sec. Macerate for 12h.
Start cooking on high temperature. Once the mix starts boiling reduce temperature and cook slowly until it reduces to a marmelade texture.
Fill jars with marmelade while it is still hot. Let cool dowm for a few hours
