Cazuela de Marisco

Being at the Spanish Atlantic coast just screams for making a delicious dish with seafood. So here we went for a traditional spanish casserole.


What you need

  • 2 cloves garlic – chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper – chopped
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5 spoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon spicy chili
  • 2 cooked legs octopus – sliced
  • 8 shirmp – peeled
  • 1 cup clams
  • 1/2 cup ground tomato
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 cups seafood stock


How you do it:

Start heating up the oil in a casserole. Roast garlic and pepper. Add bay leaves, octopus, and shrimps. Keep roasting.

Add clams, rice, and tomato and simmer for 2 minutes.

Cover with white wine and seafood stock. Cook for 20 mins.

Dig in and enjoy
