What you need (serves 2)
- 2 carrots
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/4 white cabbage
- 100g soy bean sprouts
- 2 spoons crunchy peanut butter
- 2 spoons spicy sriracha sauce
- 3 spoons neutral oil
- 4 spoons soy sauce
How you do it
Peel, remove seeds, slice/chop the veggies, respectively.
Heat up the oil in a wok. Add peanut butter and sriracha sauce and stirfry for a minte. Add the veggies and keep roasting. Finally add the soy sauce and keep cooking for a couple minutes.
Serve and enjoy
