Vegan Peanut Wok

What you need (serves 2)

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/4 white cabbage
  • 100g soy bean sprouts
  • 2 spoons crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 spoons spicy sriracha sauce
  • 3 spoons neutral oil
  • 4 spoons soy sauce

How you do it

Peel, remove seeds, slice/chop the veggies, respectively.

Heat up the oil in a wok. Add peanut butter and sriracha sauce and stirfry for a minte. Add the veggies and keep roasting. Finally add the soy sauce and keep cooking for a couple minutes.
