Well for the last days with sun and warm weather another cool and refreshing recipe. I guess that for the next post we will go for more savoury dishes.
What you need:
- 1 cucumber (best is the French variety)
- 1 bundle chopped chives
- 1 spoon chopped dill
- 1 spoon balsamic apple vinegar
- 150g goat milk yoghurt
- salt and pepper
How you do it:
Wash the cucumber thoroughly, rinse and slice it into very, very, very thin slices. Add the chives, dill, and yoghurt. Season with vinegar,salt and pepper. Mix everything carefully. Let the salad macerate 20 minutes before serving.
