A Chinese classic from the Sichuan province. Very quick and easy to make and so delicious.
What you need
- 1 chopped garlic dent
- 1 tbs chili flakes
- 1 tbs ground sichuan pepper
- oil mix (1/4 cup neutral oil + tsp sesame oil)
- 200 g cooked noodles (pick your favourite)
- 1 tbs vinegar
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs palm sugar
- 1 tbs chunky chili peanut butter
How you do it
In a pan fry garlic, chili flakes, and pepper in oil mix. After 1-2 minutes add sugar, vinegar, soy sauce , and peanut butter. Once you have a sauce turn off the heat and add the noodles and let it soak up the sauce.
Serve with some pak choi and enjoy
