Red Berry Jam

Berry season is in. So perfect timing to make delicious red berry jam. 100% vegan is all red berries have natural pectines in their skin which will help to jelly.

What you need

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup mirabelles
  • 250g brown sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean

How you do it:

Wash and rinse thoroughly all berries/fruits. Remove, stems seeds and slice.

Add sugar, vanilla (open vanilla bean, remove seeds and add all parts to the mix). Let macerate for minimum 4 hours. Cook thoroughly until the jam starts thickening.

Fill up the jars (remove vanilla bean before) and let it cool for a few hours.

Dig in and enjoy
