What you need
- 150g cooked frijoles
- 150g cooked chickpeas
- 1 fresh onion (white and green parts)
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon tumeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon spicy chili
- 1 spoon salt
- some extra chickpea meal
- olive oil
How you do it:
Put all imngredients together in one bowl and mash/kenad tehm together into a doughy texture.
Form burger patties. Wind them in some extra chickpea meal.
Panfry them with some olive oil for a few minutes.
