A fantastic delight for every afternoon tea and it looks stunning. Check out this black and white chocolate delight.
What you need
- 100g white chocolate
- 100g dark chocolate
- 200g flour
- 4 eggs
- 50g walnuts
- 100g sugar
- 120g butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 spoon vanilla extract
How you do it:
Light batter
Take 60g butter and melt it with the white chocolate. Meanwhile, whisk 2 eggs with 50g sugar and 1/2 spoon vanilla. Add 100g flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, and the molten choco-butter mix. Whisk everything thoroughly. Set aside
Dark batter
Repeat the steps above with the remaining ingredients. Switch out white chocolate with dark chocolate.
Preheat oven to 180ºC
Take your baking form and fill it up with the two batters. To get a great marble texture alternate the batters. Afte ryou are done run a fork through the batters for further texturising
Bake your cake for aprox 30 minutes.
