I was craving for some Buffalo BBQ chicken wings. But instead of deepfrying them I wanted to try an alternate solution that would make this dish a little bit more ‘healthy’.
What you need
- 12 pieces chicken wings
- 2 spoons BBQ sauce
- 2 spoons neutral oil
- 2 teaspoons spicy chili powder
- 1 spoon salt
How you do it:
Place the wings on an oven tray covered with parchment paper
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl to create the sauce. Paint the wings using a brush.
Oven at 200ºC for aprox 35 mins
Dig in and enjoy
