What you need (serves 4)
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 large carrot
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 teaspoon spicy ground chili
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 spoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 spoons vegetable oil (soy, sunflower, avocado, etc)
- 350 ml water
How you do it:
Peel and cuarter the veggies. Put the in a pot with water, oil and seasoning. Cook for aprox 30 minutes.
Add coconut milk and blend.
Serve and enjoy
