Yeah the autmn/fall season is finally here. The temperatures are going down and that means finally we can enjoy more savoury dishes. The first recipe for this autmn season is the Voll Damm Double Malt Pot Roast.

What you need:

  • 4 spoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 spoon salt
  • 8 small potatoes

  • 330 ml double-malt beer (e.g. Voll Damm)

How you do it:

Chopped the onion, garlic cloves, and carrot. Heat up the olive oil in a pot. Roast the chopped veggies in the pot together with the meat. Add the bay leaf, salt and, chili. While roasting peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters. Add them to the pot and roast for 3-5 minutes. Cover with the Voll Damm and cook everything for aprox 20-30 minutes until half of the liquid is evaporated.
