Strange coinicdence but have you noticed that there is one dish that is eaten all over Europe on each Sunday: Roasted Chicken. Not meaning that REALLY EVERYONE eats Roasted Chicken on every Sunday. Nonetheless, the countries I have spent quite some time (Germany, France, Switzerland, Spain) have this specific custom on Sundays. This is why I have been asked a nice side for roasted chicken (or any other Sunday dishes). And here it goes
What you need
- 500g potatoes
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 fresh onion
- 2 lemons
- 4 spoons olive oil
- salt
- pepper
How you do it
Peel and slice the potatoes. Spread out the potatoes on a backing tray. (Make sure to use a baking parchment to avoid the vegetables sticking to the tray). Slice the tomatoes, lemons and onions. Cut the green and yellow bell peppers into thin stripes. Distribute the rest of the vegetables on top of the potatoes. Season with the olive oil salt and pepper. Oven the potatoes for at least 45 minutes at 200ºC.
Serve and Enjoy.
