Lemon Mint Koriander Lemonade

The cold is here and in some parts of the world with a massive impact. Blizzards, Snowstorms, below 0º C temperatures. That drains a lot of energy. So the best thing you can do to get your energies up with a blast of copper, vitamin C and B vitamins…aka Lemon Mint Koriander Lemonade. So here it goes.

What you need:

  • 4 lemons
  • a handful koriander
  • a handful mint
  • 3 spoons sugar
  • 600ml fresh water

How you do it:

Squeeze out the lemons. Add koriander, mint, and sugar. Blend the mix. Afterward filter it and add the water.

Serve, enjoy and boost up that vitamins.
