So the best thing you can do to get your energies up with a blast of copper, vitamin C and B vitamins…aka Lemon Mint Koriander Lemonade. So here it goes.
What you need:
- 4 lemons
- a handful koriander
- a handful mint
- 3 spoons sugar
- 600ml fresh water
How you do it:
Squeeze out the lemons. Add koriander, mint, and sugar. Blend the mix. Afterward filter it and add the water.
Serve, enjoy and boost up that vitamins.
