After a lot of travelling and flight menu reports it is time for a new recipe. Coincidentally I learned this recipe on a trip from the chef at San Valentim Restaurant in Oporto, Portugal. San Valetim is a Restaurant in Montinho one of the industrial port towns close to Oporto and very famous for their fish and seafood recipes. So here is one of their appetizer dishes.
What you need
- 250 g shrimp or prawns (the bigger the better). Remove head and shell
- 2 chopped dents garlic
- olive oil
- ½ spoon spicy paprika
- 1 spoon thick sea salt
- handful of chopped parsley
How you do it
Heat up some olive oil in a pan. Start roasting the chopped garlic. once the garlic starts turning golden brown add the shrimp. While roasting the shrimps/prawn season them with the sea salt and spicy paprika. Once the shrimps/prawns are are done cover them with the fresh parsley.
Serve them directly in the pan and enjoy.
Thank you
