GF? That stands for gluten free. Now the time has come for some Christmas cookies for all celiacs. Spicy and chocolaty. To be quite honest over this season I have baked them already 3 times just because they are amazing.
What you need (aprox 16-20 cookies)
- 170g gluten free flour mix
- 50g pure cocoa powder
- 100g coconut or brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100g butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
How you do it
Knead all dough ingredients into a dough. Place in a bowl and let set for 30 mins in a cold spot.
Spread out the dough with some corn or potato flour to avoid sticking. Cut out the cookies and place on a baking tray with parchment paper.
bake at 180º C for aprox. 15 mins.
Dig in and enjoy
