Earl Grey Chicken

Have you ever used Earl Grey tea for cooking? Well that is also a first for me but it is expected to blend perfectly with chicken just like white wine or any other liquor used for cooking. So let’s go for it.

What you need

  • 2 dents garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 6 chicken drums
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 twig rosemary
  • 1 cup earl grey tea
  • salt & pepper
  • olive oil

How you do it:

Heat up the oil in a pressure pot. Chop garlic and onion. Roast them with bay leaf and rosemary. Add chicken drums and roast those for a few minutes.

Cover with earl grey tea. Season with salt and pepper. Close the lid and cook under presure for 30 mins.

Let the pressure cease

Dig in and enjoy
