Baileys Cinnamon Custard

Sweeten up your confinement and make some delish dessert. And do not forget to exercise a little afterwards.

What you need (serves 4)

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 500ml milk
  • 1 cinnamon cane
  • 60g icing sugar
  • 1 spoon corn flour
  • 50ml Baileys Irish Cream

How you do it:

Heat up the milk with the cinnamon cane and boil for 5-10 minutes Let the milk cool down for minimum 20 minutes. Afterwards withdraw the cinnamon cane.

Place the pot with the milk in a water bath and keep it constantly warm. Add the Irish Cream.

Whisk together sugar, egg yolks and corn flour until you get a mousse. Add the mousse the the warm milk mix and keep whiking everything together until the custard starts setting.

Place in small bowl or cups for serving.

Serve and enjoy
