Christmas cookies part 2. Now we are making some treat for our celiac fellas without any gluten.
- 100g butter
- 75g sugar
- dash salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 140g gluten free flour
- 1 small spoon lemon extract
How you do it
Put all ingredients together in a bowl and knead. The dough must be homogeneous. Once you are done make a big ball with the dough and wrap it in a cloth o plastic foil.
Place it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Roll out the cake and use some cat forms for the cookies. (You can also use some other cookie forms).
Oven the cookiedfor aprox 15 minutes at 180ºC.
