Whitewine Hake Spaghetti

So the summer is breaking through in Barcelona. This why we are keeping up with some fish dishes here’s the next recipe featuring some hake. Easy to do

What you need (2 portions)

  • 200g hake
  • 1/4 fresh onion
  • 2 dents garlic
  • 3 spoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 spoon salt
  • 160g spaghetti

 

How you do it:

Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Stir fry them in a pan with some olive oils salt and chili. Dice the bell pepper and add it. Dice the hake (make sure to remove any bones and excess skin). Add it when the onion and garlic tunrs golden brown. Continue roasting the mix for 2-3 mins aprox. Then cover with white wine. Reserve.

Cook the spaghetti accorsing to their instruction on the packaging. With draw the spagehhti from the stove 2 minutes before the indicated cooking time. Rinse.

Add the spaghetti to the pan with the fish and keep mixing for 2 minutes at a low temperatures.

Serve and Enjoy
