White Chocolate Muffins

What would Valentine’s Day be without chocolate? We all know the answer. So the recipe for this year’s Valentine’s Day: White Chocolate Muffins (Nonetheless, they arre also good for any other ocasion…)

 

What you need:

  • 100g white chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 dash of baking soda
  • 75g flour

 

How you do it:

 Melt the chocolate together with the butter. Once everything is molten withdraw the pot from the stove. and let it rest for 2-3 minutes. Add the egg afterwards and start stirring. While stirring add slowly the flour and the baking soda and continue auntil you have a homogeneous batter. Fill the muffin forms with the batter. Bake the for 20-25 minutes aprox at 185º C.

 

Serve and enjoy
