Chocolate Cake

This one actually helped me out when I needed to get done a quick and nice chocolate cake for some colleagues. Just punching a few ingredients together and boom: Chocolate cake. And it is also gluten free. What you need
  • 250g molten butter
  • 250g sugar
  • 180g gluten free flour mix
  • 60g pure cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 250g sour cream
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • salt, just a pinch
  • How you do it As said before. Just put all ingredients together in a bowl. Whisk them until you get a silky smooth batter. Preheat oven. Place in a baking tin. Bake at 180°C for aprox 35 mins Dig in and enjoy
