Pan Fried Falafel

One of the most successful Arab street food delicacies. Easy to make. Aaand you can have them plain or as a meat substitute in different Arab dishes. Here we go

What you need (serves 4)

  • 200g cooked chickpeas
  • 200g cooked lentils
  • 4 garlic dents
  • 1 spoon cumin
  • 1 spoon tumeric
  • 3 spoons flour
  • 1 handful parsley or koriander
  • 1 spoon salt
  • 1 spoon gorund black pepper
  • Oil

How you do it

Peel and chp garlic dents. Chop herbs.

Mix with lentils, chickpeas, and flour Add spices and habdcrush all ingredients. (Alternatively you can blend the mix as well)

Heat up a pan with some oil and pan-fry the falafel balls/disks

Serve and enjoy
