What you need
- 100g serrano ham
- 1 cup fresh peas
- 1 Zucchini
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 5 spoon soy sauce
How you do it
Heat up the oil in a pan. Roast the ham until it gets crispy. Slice the onion and zucchini and add both. Stir and roast for a 5 minutes. Add the peas and cool off the pan with the soy sauce.
Serve and enjoy.
