What you need (per dish):
- 10 very thin slices of mango
- 1 vanilla bean (you can also you 1 spoon of vanilla extract)
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 spoon raspberry vinegar
How you do it:
Spread out the mango slices on a plate. Scrap out the vanilla seeds and mix them with the oils and the vinegar. Use a kitchen brush to pain the mango slices with the vanilla-oil-vinegar mix.
Serve and enjoy
