Mango Carpaccio

Again a recipe insipred by my travels through Asia. Sorry I canot help it. I had a really great food time in southeast Asia and enjoyed very nice ingredients such as fresh Mango. That is exactly what insipred me to to create this recipe. Let’s get started. (and BTW i

What you need (per dish):

  • 10 very thin slices of mango
  • 1 vanilla bean (you can also you 1 spoon of vanilla extract)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 spoon raspberry vinegar

How you do it:

Spread out the mango slices on a plate. Scrap out the vanilla seeds and mix them with the oils and the vinegar. Use a kitchen brush to pain the mango slices with the vanilla-oil-vinegar mix.

Serve and enjoy
