First time to try out with Indian cuisine. And it not go too bad.
What you need (serves 2)
- 1 spoon paprika
- 1 spoon cumin
- 1 spoon ground basil
- 1 spoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cayenne or chilli pepper
- 1 spoon salt
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 lime
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 12 chicken drumstticks
How you do it
Toast all spices in a pan until aromatic. Add to the chicken
Peel and chop garlic. And add it together with lime juice and yoghurt with the chicken. Mix-up everything and set aside for 1 hour.
Pre-heat oven to 220ºC. Spread out the chicken on the grill and roast for aprox 45ºC.
Serve and enjoy
