Are you tired of the typical Christmas poultry, like Christmas turkey, duck, or goose? Well those are amazingly tasty but for the chef this means a lot of long work in the kitchen. So what about an alternative? Well my quick and very tasty alternative are some crispy and juicy Christmas ribs.
What you need:
- 500g fresh ribs
- 6 spoons sea salt
- 2 teaspoons fresh grounded pepper (black, white, pink, and red)
How you do it
Mix the salt with the pepper. Cover the ribs with the mix creating a crust. Oven the ribs for 30 minutes approximately in the oven at 200ºC. Not more….
