It has been a while since I got a full meal on an economy medium haul flight. Ever since low cost carriers arrived, most of the major airlines have swapped over to offer small snacks or even sell their food. Bangkok Airways still caters full.

Summary:
Very surprised to get a full fledged menu in Economy in a short flight. no wonder Bangkok Airways has earned several Skytrax awards as best regional airline.
