Is there anything more beautiful in summer than watching a fantastic sunset? And what is a perfect match? YES! An Aperol Spritz
What you need
- 60ml white wine
- 40ml Aperol
- 20ml sparkling water
- Slice watermelon or orange
- 1 olive
How you do it
Chill the glass with at least 4 cubes of ice. Add olive and the fruit of your choice. At the same time fill the glass with white wine and sparkling water. Top it off with the aperol to get the ‘sunset’ effect
Serve chilled and enjoy.
