What did we get:
I came on that flight expecting food with all atributes someone gives to British food (which usually is not that good – Sorry to all British folks – the prejudices were stronger than I thought). So I got this nice cheese and ham sandwich served in a nice thin bread with some salad and a yoghurt sauce. It was very good.

The airlines you fly seem to give you great choices in snacks. In the US if flying local, all you get is a choice of beverage and only peanuts!!
Well I was lucky on this one. There are a lot of low-cost airlines where you do not get anything at all, except if you buy something.
