What did we get:
- Green Salad
- Macaroni and Cheese
- Bread Roll
- Brownie
Ok this sounds very stereotypical about airline food that is not very good at all. But honestly this was a surprise after US Airways had served in two flights before good food. (I would like to apologise that I have no photo evidence from theses other flights and can comment on that).
So to explain every dish on that menu. The macaroni and cheese was very little taste of cheese. The macaroni were soft but not overcooked. The bread roll was a little bit too dry so you could not enjoy it at all. The best things on the menu were definitely the salad which was fresh and looked made recently and the brownie. The brownie had a good amount of chocolate and some crunchy crispies on top of it giving it a decent touch.
Summarising the menu it was OK. But did not have the quality as experienced before on other long-haul US Airways flights.
