One thing you cannot miss out when you are in New York is definitely having some cheesecake. So walking around Soho in the early afternoon and wanting something sweet we found this cute place full of cupcakes, donuts, tars and also CHEESECAKE. The only ‘problem’ was there were so many to chose from. Original, Blueberry, Chocolate, Oreo… After this struggle we finally came to the decision to have some Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake.

What we had:
Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake… The cream on top was very soft and delicious. Full flavoured white chocolate cream and just the exact amount of raspberry jelly giving the whole cheesecake a nice sour touch to contrast the white cholocate’s sweetness. The cookie base was crunchy and gave a nice change in textures. All together with a cappucino was a pefect combo for the afternoon and to gain some energy.
