Christmas Turkey with Honey-Mustard Crust

Keeping up with the tradition of posting some special Christmas recipe I went also for a very traditional ingredient during Christmas time: turkey. In this recipe, instead going for a whole turkey, which is complex and takes several hours to prepare, you will find a easy version of a Christmas turkey variation. Very convenient if you do not want your kitchen to get too messy.
What you need:

  • 4 slices turkey breast (aprox 250g each)
  • 4 spoons rosemary-honey
  • 2 spoon dijon mustard
  • 4 spoons soy sauce
  • pepper

How you do it:

In a bowl mix with a brush the honey and the mustard. Add the soy sauce and season with some fresh grinded pepper. Spread the turkey breast slices on the plate where are going to oven them. With the brush “paint” the turkey breasts. Pre-heat the oven at 180°C. Oven the turkey breasts for 30 minutes aprox. While ovening the turkey breast, “paint” every 10 minutes the turkey with the honey-mustard mix. (In total you will have covered the turkey breasts with 4 layers of honey-mustard mix)
