We wanted to give the traditional scrambled eggs some Mediterranean touch. So why don’t make them Spanish style with cured ham and parsil from the region? It is easy and ready in only 5 minutes
What you need:
- 100 g Spanish cured ham (jamón serrano)
- 4 eggs
- salt & pepper
- 20 g fresh parsley
How you do it:
Cut the spanish ham in stripes. Heat up a pan and roast the ham until it turns crunchy. Break the eggs over the heated pan and stir them in the pan with the ham. Doing that you wil get a nice optic effect. Season with some salt and pepper. Serve the scrambled eggs on a plate and top them with some fresh parsley.
